Community Colleges Being Replaced By Distance Learning Institutes

Over the last few years community colleges have experienced a rapid decline in student enrollment, with a number of students joining local colleges due to time or financial constraints. Besides it’s flexible study plan, online learning costs a lot less than its traditional counterpart.  The rapid growth of technology has made it possible for universities to provide quality education to students all over the world without any human interaction. Since the demand for this mode of learning has grown immensely, a large number of virtual universities have proliferated over the last couple of years.  Influenced by the burgeoning popularity of distance learning, several conventional universities have also shifted to a hybrid model where they offer classroom lectures and online trainings. The colleges and universities which failed to adopt this change effectively are being replaced by virtual institutes.
